Ingredients
Milk (1 liter)
Salt (1 tea spoon)
Vinegar or lemon (1/4 cup)
Recipe
Pour the milk in a pan and put it on low flame, let it boil for almost five minutes.
Once it is boiled let it settle, on low flame it will become thick.
Add salt to enhance the flavor, but keep stirring to prevent it from sticking at the bottom of the pan.
Now add vinegar or lemon according to your choice, stir the milk with a wooden spoon while pouring the vinegar.
Once vinegar is mixed, milk will leave the water and you will see curd settled at the bottom of the pan. Take a sieve and drain the water.
Now, take a plain white thin cloth and wrap the curd in it, hang the curd from a stand if you have, this will help the curd to become just solid without any water.
Leave the cloth hanging over night or for at least 2 to 3 hours.
Dish it out on a pan and cut it into little cubes. The cheese is ready to be served or used as an ingredient for a sandwich, salad, and pizza or spinach cheese just according to your choice.
